Correcting Mistakes 12-26-2024

Dear Heavenly Father,

Yesterday, I prayed and focused on the humility of Jesus. I pray that I my better follow Jesus’ example and look to humbly serve.

This morning, in my humility journey, I reflect on my past thoughts and behaviors and examine those areas that I have made mistakes. Please help me to accurately recall the mistakes of my past. Please bless me with the grace, wisdom and mercy to prevent these in the future.

Today, give me the humility to look to correct the mistakes i have made that can be corrected. Help me to get a whole lot better at saying, “please forgive me, I was wrong, what can I do to help make things right going forward.” Father God, maybe it wasn’t even easy typing that? Please bless me with Your guidance, love and grace as these words become more of who I am, and how I act.
