Dear Father God,

This morning, I stop and take a look around and see the blessings and gifts You have surrounded me with. Please fill my heart with gratitude for Your gifts and kindness.

Today I count 5 good things and hold them in my heart. Provide me with the silence and gratitude to fill my heart with kindness and generosity for all my brothers and sisters.

In the kind and generous Mighty Name of Jesus I pray and ask these things; Amen.
