Prayers for California

Dear Heavenly Father,

This morning we pray for those in California so devastatingly effected by the wild fires. So many of us can’t even begin to imagine the fear these people went through and are still going through. Please get everyone out of the area safely.

Also, please help provide them a place to stay that is safe while they try to organize their lives. Please help those able to reach out and open their hearts and homes to those in need.

Everyone effected will need Your strength, grace and mercy as they recover from losing their homes and most of their possessions. Touch all with Your healing and Your peace as they deal with their losses.

Lastly, touch our hearts that we might always be helpful, kind and generous to those who have lost much. In the Mighty Name of Jesus we pray and ask these things; Amen.
