Today 11-27-2024

Dear Father God,

It is often too easy to wish to return to days gone by and want things the way they were, or to wish for a tomorrow in ways that are not likely to be. Help me to enjoy the days gone by and to always remain positive and optimistic for the future, while keeping me grounded in today.

Please remind me of the blessings of this day. help me to be grateful and aware of the peace, joy and happiness of this day. The comforts, the kindness of others, the opportunity to reach out to others and be a source of joy.

Bless me with Your wisdom to be content with who I am, where I am and what I have. Teach me to always strive to be more, not have more. Teach me to be a stronger and more committed believer, teach me to better follow the example Jesus taught and provided, teach me to follow Your will and make it a source of joy in my heart.

Father God, this day, help me to take a deep long around and be grateful for all the joy and comforts around me. Let me find joy in all things. Thank You for the day and the blessings it brings. In the Mighty Name of Jesus I say thank you and pray; Amen.
