Smile 11-21-2024

Dear Heavenly Father,

I’ve been busy in the world this morning running errands, getting to the store and post office etc. Sometimes, when I have a list to do, I get pretty focused and often ignore much of the external world.

However, a few times today, people have made a real and sincere effort to smile at me and say hello today. Thank You for placing them in my path today. I love how even when I’m focused and “on a mission” You can find ways to grab my attention.

I heard the message today. Slow down, breathe, smile and notice the beautiful world around you. What a blessing it is to exchange a smile with another person. Please help me to take this feeling and message with me the rest of the day. Thank You for smiling upon me through others.

With a msile on my face and joy in my heart, I offer my afternoon and evening to Jesus; Amen.
