Mirror 10-15-2024

This morning, as I stood in front of the mirror, I tried to take a deep look inside and do an honest assessment of what I need to work on. I pray and share,

“Dear Heavenly Father, help me in my efforts to become the best version of me. Some days, I do pretty well in talking the talk and walking the walk, especially when I’m around or with friends and loved ones. I think there is a bible verse that even the tax collectors do that? I read and focus on Matthew 5:43-48.

Father God, teach me to be kind, to everyone I meet. Help me to love them as you love them. Let me be a patient and engaged listener. Help me to be genuine and sincere in my interactions. Guide me to offer a helping hand, a kind word and to be generous with my time and resources.

Correct me and pull me back when my thoughts, emotions or actions drift from what you would have me do.

Thank you in advance for the grace and assistance You will provide today.
